Hernando's Destiny Hunter signs with PHCC

Hernando outfielder Destiny Hunter has signed to play softball at Pasco-Hernando Community College, Leopards coach Kevin Bittinger said Tuesday.

The 5-foot-7 Hunter is batting .259 and scored 10 runs for the 14-10 Leopards this spring. She has seven outfield assists and has stolen bases in nine of her 10 attempts. Hunter also has batted in five runs.
