Hernando lineman Malcolm Hudson, Nature Coast lineman Darius Stewart and Zephyrhills quarterback Jamal Roberts have been named all-stars by the Florida Athletic Coaches Association. They are listed on the North team’s roster for Wednesday’s 6:30 p.m. game at Fireman's Field in Sebring.

Hudson anchored one of the North Suncoast’s top defenses, recording 55 tackles and three sacks for the district champion Leopards.

Stewart, a 6-foot-4, 360-pound defensive lineman, was a cornerstone of the Sharks’ defense and tallied 37 tackles.

Roberts rushed for 20 touchdowns and more than 1,000 yards to help the Bulldogs turn around their program. He played quarterback at Zephyrhills but is listed as a receiver.

Admission to the game is $10.
