Indian Rocks Christian senior guard Jessica Logemann will miss the rest of the season after tearing the ACL in her left knee Friday night at IMG Academy in Bradenton. Logemann injured the knee with four seconds left in the third quarter last Friday while trying to make a cut to the basket.

Logemann was a team leader for the Golden Eagles, who advanced to Saturday's Class 3A-9 final against St. Petersburg Catholic. Logemann averaged 14 points, eight assists and eight rebounds per game.

"It's a big loss, but now other players are going to have to step up,'' IRC coach Phil Farver said. "We're going to have to replace her by committee.''
