Jefferson LB Lamar Woods, a 6-foot, 205-pound senior, committed to Division-III Becker (Mass.) College over the weekend, Dragons head coach Jeremy Earle said Monday. Woods recorded 35 total tackles (an average of five per game), 4.5 sacks, two caused fumbles and two fumble recoveries for Jefferson (6-4). He was also a member of the 2010 Jefferson Class 3A state championship team that went a perfect 15-0.
