Recruiting interest in Jefferson junior linebacker Ramik Wilson is surging.
Wilson received two new Division I offers - from Texas Tech and Kansas - Jefferson offensive coordinator Jeremy Earle said Tuesday. Wilson previously received his first D-I offer from Purdue.
All three are recruinting Wilson to play linebacker.
Wilson made 82 tackles (5.9 a game) and 9 sacks, has received an offer from Purdue. Fenton also said FIU called and is reviewing his film and could make an offer soon.
The 6-foot-3, 240-pound Wilson, who was a key part of a Jefferson defense that helped the Dragons to the Class 3A state semifinals, also played tight end, making 19 catches for 293 yards and 1 touchdown.
