Jefferson wide receiver Adrian Jenkins verbally committed to FIU over the weekend, Jefferson coach Jeremy Earle said Monday morning.
The 6-foot-3, 195-pound senior also has offers from Indiana, UAB, Ohio, Ball State, Bowling Green, Bethune-Cookman, Georgia Southern and Youngstown State
Jenkins leads the Dragons with 12 receptions for 165 yards and two touchdowns. Last year, he made 18 catches for 243 yards and two scores as a member of the Class 3A state championship team.
He is the second Jefferson senior to commit to a Division I school, joining cornerback Will Watson, who has committed to Iowa State.
At FIU, Jenkins would join former two former bay area standouts: former TBT linebacker Greg "Buster" Hickman and ex-Pasco receiver Mitch Wozniak. Former Hillsborough defensive back Chuck Grace is also a senior starting cornerback for the Panthers.
