Jefferson senior safety Rodney Mills has received his second scholarship offer from a Big Ten school.

Mills, who already owns an offer from Iowa, received an offer from Minnesota this week, Jefferson offensive coordinator Jeremy Earle said Friday.

The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Mills made 56 tackles (6.2 a game) and 3 interceptions last year for the Dragons as they advanced to the Class 3A state semifinal.
