Jesuit's Jack Fleming enters 1,000-point club

Jesuit long-range specialist Jack Fleming shot his way into one of the Tigers' most exclusive athletic fraternities Wednesday night.

With his three-pointer late in the fourth quarter of a 68-28 romp of Northeast, Fleming eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for his career. A 6-foot-6 Colgate signee, Fleming -- who finished with 15 Wednesday -- has 1,001 entering Friday's game against St. Petersburg.

The milestone was the second prominent individual feat of Fleming's career. As a junior, he set a program record with 88 three-pointers.
