Jesuit OLB Vincent Jackson announced this morning he intends to sign with USF, further fortifying a Bulls signing class expected to rank as the American Athletic Conference's best.

Among a handful of prominent USF recruits still uncommitted when Wednesday dawned, Jackson (6-foot-2, 235 pounds) made his announcement while in Texas preparing for Friday's International Bowl in Arlington.

Jackson, who made his official USF visit in mid-January, was believed to have narrowed his choices to the Bulls and Virginia, the last two programs he visited. He also made a trip to Texas Tech in November.

Deemed a three-star prospect by 247Sports and, Jackson is part of the USA Football under-19 national team that faces Team Canada on Friday at the University of Texas-Arlington.
