Largo forward Breon Bostick was named MVP of the Florida Athletic Coaches Association all-star game after scoring 24 points and grabbing 12 rebounds to lead the South team to a 105-103 victory over the North.
"Breon was a beast out there," said Clearwater coach Allen Carden, who coached the South all-stars.
Bostick, a senior, averaged 21 points and 12 rebounds this past season for the Packers, who lost to Gibbs in the Class 5A, District 12 semifinals.
