Largo running back/linebacker Harry Brown received his first offer on Wednesday, from Georgetown.
The senior (5-foot-11, 200 pounds), who is primarily used on defense, was a Times' second-team all-county pick at linebacker as a junior. On any other team, he'd likely be a featured running back. He did see some time in the ground game last year, rushing for more than 200 yards and four touchdowns.
Brown also carries a 4.2 GPA and has scored 1490 on his SAT and 22 on his ACT. Brown, who plans to take the ACT again, said Harvard has also shown interest (he said Harvard wanted him to score at least 25 on the ACT).
