LB Jordan Mutcherson transfers from Zephyrhills to Jefferson

Junior running back/linebacker Jordan Mutcherson has transferred from Zephyrhills to Jefferson, he confirmed Wednesday in a text message.

Mutcherson said in a text that he transferred to move in with his mother.

The 6-foot, 215-pound Mutcherson ranked fourth on the Bulldogs with 54 tackles last season during Zephyrhills’ 7-3 season. He added two sacks and an interception and was expected to contribute heavily on a Bulldogs team that could compete for its first playoff appearance since 2006.
