Pasco QB Jacob Guy is still undecided on his college choice as more colleges express interest.
The 6-foot-5, 205-pound senior has an offer to be a preferred walk-on at Florida, his father, David, said Tuesday afternoon.
Miami of Ohio made an in-house visit to Guy recently, and Memphis has been in touch with him and teammate Trey Dudley-Giles about a possible recruiting trip up there this weekend. But neither school has offered Guy.
The Times’ all-Suncoast QB has offers from Ohio, Western Michigan and UMass. David Guy said his son could wait until after National Signing Day on Feb. 1 to choose a college.
“He’s still kicking it around,” David Guy said.
Guy set Pasco County records during the Pirates’ run to the Class 5A semifinals. He finished his senior season 161-of-228 passing for 2,672 yards, 42 touchdowns and only six interceptions.
