Given the roll call of major Division I-A offers Middleton junior receiver Richard Benjamin has already received, it seems like it was just a matter of time before UF offered.

Over the weekend, one of the state's top Class of 2013 recruits received an oral offer from the University of Florida after a visit to Gainesville, Middleton coach Alonzo Ashwood said.

Ashwood said the Gators completed the circle of major state programs to offer the speedy receiver. Miami, Florida State and USF have already offered Benjamin.

Benjamin also owns offers from Ohio State, Alabama, USC, Clemson and Cincinnati, Ashwood said, among two dozen more.
