Arielle Anahory will sign with Eckerd College in a ceremony at Mitchell High at 2 p.m. on Feb. 2.

Anahory, a senior forward for the Mustangs' girls soccer team, finished the regular season with a team-high 25 goals to go along with seven assists. Behind Anahory's scoring prowess, Mitchell (21-2-1) won its first district title since 2008 and hosts River Ridge in a region quarterfinal match Thursday.

Anahory was a Times' honorable mention all-North Suncoast selection as a junior. Eckerd College is a NCAA Division II school.

Anahory joins football running back Ricky Trinidad at Mitchell's signing day ceremony. Trinidad will sign with Division II University of Nebraska-Kearney.
