Former Nature Coast lineman Jay Feret has signed to play college football at Concordia University, an NAIA school in Ann Arbor, Mich.

Feret, a 6-foot-4, 270-pound guard, started on offense and defense for the Sharks last year, helping them to a 5-5 record. He's added 10 pounds of muscle since last season to prepare for the college game.

He made his commitment official by signing with the Cardinals on Wednesday morning.

Feret will likely play defensive end for Concordia.
