Nature Coast junior outfielder Jose Alonzo hit for the cycle Tuesday night in the Sharks' 12-10 loss to Hudson.
The 5-foot-10, 165 pound Alonzo had already collected a single, double and triple when he stepped to the plate in the sixth inning with his team trailing the Cobras 10-8. With one swing, Alonzo secured the rare accomplishment as well as tying the score at 10-all.
The home run was Alonzo's third of the season. He finished the game 4-for-4 with 2 RBIs.
Despite the rally, Hudson scored two runs in the seventh inning to prevail.
