Nature Coast senior Courtney Skinner has signed to play volleyball at Indian River State College, said Doug Chinchar, her club coach at the No Name Volleyball Club.

Skinner was a first-team all-North Suncoast outside hitter this fall as Hernando County’s top player. She finished with 258 of the Sharks’ 502 kills to lead a rebuilding effort on a depleted roster.

Skinner also led NCT with 31 aces and ranked second on the team with 309 kills.
