Dynamic Lakewood RB Bernard Reedy, one of the region’s best players, has received an offer from Western Kentucky and it looks like WKU will get a visit.

“Their coach that’s recruiting me is from Bradenton,” Reedy said via text. “So we kinda have a bond.”

The 5-foot-10, 175-pound Reedy, who recently played in the FACA North-South All-Star Game, already has tripped to Toledo. He’s also looking into the possibility of visiting Indiana, Iowa State and Mississippi State.

Reedy was the Times’ offensive player of the year in Pinellas County.
