Records through Tuesday

1. Pasco (12-1): Pirates keep rolling behind a pitching staff and defense that have only allowed more than three runs once.

2. Springstead (14-2): The Eagles showed their toughness with last week’s gritty 6-5 win over River Ridge.

3. Gulf (13-3): Buccaneers are on a roll after knocking off Zephyrhills and blowing out Ridgewood and Hudson.

4. Sunlake: (9-4): Seahawks are in a tailspin after dropping three of their past four games, including an 11-9 loss to Tarpon Springs.

5. River Ridge (12-4): No shame in the Royal Knights’ last two losses — to Sunlake and Springstead by a combined three runs.

6. Mitchell (8-5): After four early losses, the Mustangs have knocked off Sunlake and River Ridge; their only loss was to powerful Pasco.  

7. Hernando (8-5): If the Leopards hit as well as they did last week against Nature Coast, Hernando will be tough to beat.
