Northeast's Pete Terrana always had Western Michigan as his top choice among colleges. After all, the Broncos were the first to offer him a scholarship in the spring and continued to keep tabs on him the past few months.
So when Terrana visited the Western Michigan campus this past weekend, he decided to commit to the school.
"I really just fell in love with the place," Terrana said. "The coaching staff felt like a real family and always stayed with me."
Terrana, who plays tight end, also had offers from Florida Atlantic and Holy Cross but did not schedule any other visits.
"I talked about it with my family and we all feel good about the decision," he said.
