The latest: Oregon offered Green on the spot at practice today.

Offers: Oregon, Kentucky, Virginia Tech, Notre Dame, Purdue, USF, Florida State, Florida, Miami, Central Florida, Ohio State, South Carolina, Virginia, Auburn, Mississippi, Clemson, Tennessee,  Arkansas, North Carolina, Mississippi State, Southern Cal, Ohio State, Rutgers, Memphis, Alabama, Arizona.

Last season: Green rushed for 1,171 yards on 140 carries (8.4 per carry), scoring 15 rushing touchdowns. He also caught 12 passes for 158 yards and a touchdown. Green had three return touchdowns.

We say: Green, who has 4.4 speed and great explosiveness, is ranked No. 1 in the 2013 class of Tampa Bay by the Times.

They say: ESPN has Green the No. 48 prospect in the country, while Rivals.com lists him at No. 90.
