Osceola goalkeeper Britney Bennett inked a letter of intent this week to play collegiate soccer at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Bennett was selected as the Pinellas County Athletic Conference first team South County goalkeeper following her senior season. She was also an honorable mention on the Times all county girls soccer team.
During the 2008-09 season, Bennett's stellar play between the posts was instrumental in helping the Warriors win the district title and leading them back to the postseason for the first time since 2005.
