Jacob Morphew, a defensive lineman for Pasco, has committed to Lake Erie College.

Morphew was originally included in Pasco's national signing day ceremony, but chose to wait to make his commitment. Pirates athletic director Tom McHugh said he will sign with Lake Erie when he returns from his campus visit there.

Morphew was on the Times' all-North Suncoast first team and was an all-Suncoast honorable mention in 2013. He racked up 12.5 tackles for a loss and 11 sacks.

Lake Erie is a private college in Painesville, Ohio. The Storm, a Division II team, went 4-7 last year.
