Pasco athlete Mike Larry will sign with North Dakota State College of Science on Thursday morning, Pirates coach Tom McHugh said.

Larry, a 6-foot-1, 170-pound senior, was one of Pasco's most versatile players. He lined up at eight different positions during the Pirates' run to the Class 5A state semifinal, including receiver, cornerback, safety and running back.

He caught 11 balls for 91 yards and one touchdown. On defense, he returned a fumble for a score against Zephyrhills, recorded 14 tackles and recovered two other fumbles.

Larry will be the third Pirate senior to sign, after Trey Dudley-Giles (UMass) and Jon Baxter (Wayne State).

NDSCS is a junior college in Wahpeton, N.D. The school is recruiting Larry as an athlete.
