PHU's Billy Pavlock commits to Delta State

Palm Harbor University quarterback Billy Pavlock committed to Division II Delta State on Friday, Hurricanes coach Matt LePain said.

Pavlock will sign on Monday during a ceremony at school. He also had an offer from Division II Ferris State and was considering walking on at Division I programs Florida Atlantic, Florida International and USF.

But Pavlock will be able to compete as a quarterback at Delta State.

This past season, Pavlock threw for 1,336 yards and 10 touchdowns and ran for 641 and 14 touchdowns.
