PHU's Coe wins division at Crutchfield/Hawkins Invite in Avon Park

Palm Harbor University senior Lauren Coe shot a nine-hole score of 1-under 35 to win her division at the Crutchfield/Hawkins Invitational on Monday at Highland Ridge North at Avon Park. The

The tournament, which draws one of the better boys and girls fields of the season, featured three different divisions because of the size of the field. It was cut to nine holes because lightning delayed play with most players on the 12th hole.

In the last three weeks of PCAC play, Coe has averaged 36 for nine holes.
