Pinellas Park's Brandon Hames signs with Reedley

Pinellas Park quarterback Brandon Hames signed with Reedley (Calif.) College.

Hames led the Patriots to their first playoff appearance in a decade and played in the senior all-star game last fall.

He will join teammate Kha'zorey Blackshear, who signed with Reedley two months ago. Hames was recruited mostly as a defensive back but will play quarterback at Reedley, Pinellas Park coach Kenny Crawford said.
