Softball super 7
Records through Tuesday:
1. Canterbury (15-6): Fared well at last week’s Kissimmee Klassic, finishing 2-2 in the toughest bracket of the tournament.
2. Countryside (17-6): With a win tonight against Tarpon Springs, the Cougars can clinch a spot in the PCAC title game.
3. Northeast (14-5): Will host the conference championship game after beating Lakewood 3-1 in nine innings on Monday.
4. Dunedin (15-5): Big win against PHU on Wednesday continues strong second half of the season for the Falcons.
5. Palm Harbor University (16-6): In past three games, all losses, the Hurricanes have scored a combined four runs.
6. East Lake (11-8): Snapped out of a late-season slump with win against PHU on Tuesday.
7. Seminole (13-9): In the past 11 games, the Warhawks have gone 4-7.
