Plant City senior Raheem Billington has signed with Midland Lutheran College, a NAIA school located in Fremont, Neb., Raiders coach Jason Strunk said.

Billington missed the first seven games of the season with an ankle injury, making just eight tackles and two pass breakups in four games. During his junior season, he was one of the Raiders' top defensive backs, making 32 tackles and three interceptions.

Strunk said Billington will play cornerback for the Warriors, who were 6-5 last season.

Billington is the fourth bay area player in this year's recruiting class, joining Plant City teammate OT Gordon Bertrand as well as Sickles OL/DT Eric Taris and Leto LB Anthony Corominas, according to the college's website.
