Though his sophomore year officially doesn't end for a couple more days, prolific Plant swingman Michael Frazier already has 10 scholarship offers.
And more could be on the way by the end of the week.
Frazier, who will attend the prestigious Nike Hoop Jamboree in St. Louis starting Thursday, already has been offered by FSU, USF, Miami, Virginia Tech, Arkansas, Alabama, Michigan, UCF, Bethune-Cookman and Ohio University.
Those who have shown significant interest include Texas, Florida, Stanford, Penn and Harvard. Frazier, who carries a 4.2 unweighted GPA, officially may be contacted by college coaches June 15 according to NCAA guidelines.
"I'm totally open to everything right now," he said.
Frazier (6-foot-4, 180 pounds), who already has eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for his career, led the county in scoring (26.7 ppg) and averaged a team-high 7.8 boards last season.
A member of the Florida Elite travel team, he led the squad to its second consecutve USSSA state title in Cocoa this past weekend, earning tournament MVP honors. Earlier this year, Florida Elite won the state AAU 17-and-under title for the second year in a row.
Frazier will be one of only 50 sophomores invited to this week's Nike event at St. Louis University, Panthers coach Mike Phillips said.
