Plant RB Wesley Bullock has received an offer from Ball State, he annouced and confirmed via twitter. The Cardinals, who play in the MAC, are the second program to offer him, he said. Fellow FBS school Western Kentucky offered him on Feb. 25.
Bullock, who is listed at 5-foot-6, 150-pounds, was the starting running back for the Class 8A champion Panthers (14-1). He rushed the ball 179 times for 1,308 yards and 12 touchdowns. Bullock was also utilized in the passing game, as he pulled in 29 receptions for 403 yards and four touchdowns.
