At Newman Stadium, sophomore quarterback Brad Mayes hooked up with converted Berkeley baseball standout Bubba Olivera for three touchdowns as the Buccaneers rolled.

Mayes, replacing four-year starter Destine Nichols, had TD strikes of 68 and 31 yards to Olivera. Tailback Chris Williams ran for two TDs, while Jorge Morjon added another score in the fourth period.
