-Bernard Reedy, the standout Lakewood RB, says he expects to land an offer from Western Kentucky soon. Reedy has tripped to Toledo, and last week said he was looking into the possibility of visiting Indiana, Iowa State and Mississippi State. He will compete in next week’s FACA North-South All-Star Game in Sebring.

-Brown and Dartmouth stopped by Tarpon Springs earlier this week to check out 6-foot-4, 275-pound OT Clay Paino, who anchored an excellent offensive line. Florida Atlantic also planned to visit him this week, and Spongers coach George Kotis thinks an offer from the Owls could be on the way.

-Palm Harbor University OT Mark Hansson, who has offers from Colorado State, Connecticut, Florida International, Indiana and Troy, said last night Mississippi State and USF are showing interest.
