Chamberlain G Reggie Hart was selected as a first-team all-state pick in Class 7A, the Florida Association of Basketball Coaches and Source Hoops announced Tuesday morning.

The 6-foot-1 senior was the Times’ all-Suncoast player of the year this winter. He lit up Hillsborough County, averaging 25.8 points, eight rebounds, 3.2 assists, 3.8 steals and 3.5 blocks per game. The 2,000-point career scorer took the Chiefs to three consecutive district championships.

Wiregrass Ranch guard Rico Kerney was a third-team selection after helping his team advance to the playoffs. The 6-foot-2 senior was one of Pasco County’s leading scorers, averaging 22.2 points, 10.5 rebounds and 2.8 steals per game for the 20-8 Bulls. He also earned first-team all-North Suncoast honors.
