Former Wiregrass Ranch runner Josh Reilly has made South Florida's cross country team, his former high school coach Chris Loth said in an e-mail.

Reilly was the Times' North Suncoast boys runner of the year last fall. As a high school senior, he won his first district title, finished third at regionals and placed 44th at state with a time of 16:44. Reilly set a new course record at Starkey Park (16:06) at the Sunshine Athletic Conference meet.

Reilly was also an all-academic team pick and was a key part of the Bulls' 4x800 relay team that placed 14th at state.
