Warchant.com reported Tuesday night that Tampa Catholic QB Christian Green, who will play WR in college, has two finalists -- Florida State and Georgia.
He apparently has eliminated Florida, which he visited two weeks ago.
"I am starting to get excited about it (National Signing Day)," Green told Warchant.com. "I am just ready to start the new phase of my life, my career. It will be either FSU or Georgia. Right now, I think I have a certain feeling of where I want to go. But I have one more visit to make first."
The move isn’t a huge surprise.
Green is a lifelong FSU fan and will visit the school this weekend. He also has developed a close relationship with Georgia coach Mark Richt, who once coached at FSU.
Green’s older brother Brandon, a 2009 TC grad, committed to Florida A&M on Sunday, which can only help the Seminoles.
Rivals.com rates the 6-foot-2, 200-pound Green as a four-star prospecct.
