It appears that Rutgers has offered Jefferson standout linebacker Ramik Wilson.

According to ScarletReport.com, the Scarlet Knights sent out offers last week and one was addressed to Wilson, a 6-4, 220-pounder who has over a dozen offers already from schools like Illinois, Iowa State, Texas Tech and USF.

Jefferson's Fred Overstreet signed with Rutgers and will head up there this summer.
