Seminole senior midfielder and defender Sean Rafferty has accepted a partial scholarship to play for the University of South Florida next season according to Warhawks boys soccer coach Rick Masi.

Rafferty joins teammate Shane Wixted, who signed with USF earlier this year, and former Warhawks standout Sebastian Thuriere on the Bulls soccer roster.

Rafferty is expected to play outside back for the Bulls. He was a Times first team all-Pinellas midfielder following the Warhawks' run to a second-place finish in Class 5A. He also was selected to the PCAC North County first team.
