Lakewood twins Shaquem and Shaquill Griffin, all-conference defensive backs, have been selected to play in the International Bowl Feb. 5 in Austin, Texas.

They helped lead the Spartans to a 10-2 record this past season, and will play for the U.S. under-19 national team against a world team selected by the International Federation of American Football.

Teammate Rodney Adams, a wide receiver, announced his selection earlier this week on Twitter.

There is a week-long training camp for both teams prior to the game, also held in Austin.

The game will be played the night before national signing day.

Both Griffins have verbally committed to UCF. Adams, a former Florida commitment, is mulling his options but has said Houston, West Virginia and UCF are his leaders.
