The latest: The wait is over for the Eagles junior. Allen got his first college offer Wednesday when Georgia Southern pulled the trigger, Springstead assistant coach Dustin Kupcik said. He’s also received interest from USF, UCF, Alabama, Florida, Florida State and Rutgers, among others.
