St. Petersburg took third in the Platinum Division of the 72-team Basketball Brothers Inc. girls tournament last week in Fort Myers.

The Green Devils went 2-1 with their only loss coming by three points to Orlando Olympia, a team St. Petersburg could potentially face in the Class 6A playoffs. Kamika Idom was named to the all-tournament team in the Platinum Division.

Two other Pinellas County teams, Lakewood and Palm Harbor University, each went 1-2 in the tournament.
