St. Pete's Andre will play baseball at Maple Woods Metropolitan

St. Petersburg graduate Nick Andre received a full academic scholarship to Maple Woods Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, Mo., and will also play baseball for the school.

Andre was a three-year starter at first base and relief pitcher for the Green Devils. He was also an offensive lineman on the football team.
