Is Tampa Bay, which features some of the finest defensive backs in the country, Lockdown Central?

Wharton's Vernon Hargreaves is rated the No. 1 cover man in the country by most recruiting sites, and his performance Sunday at the Nike Football Training Camp in Orlando did nothing to change anyone's mind.

But the MVP for defensive backs?

That went to Armwood safety Leon McQuay, whose skill and familiar white headband left a lasting impression, as well as some people saying he is the No. 1 safety in the country.

Both players, as a result of their performances, earned invites to The Opening, a camp held at the NIKE campus in Eugene, Oregon in July.

Hargreaves and McQuay are teammates on Team Tampa, a star-studded 7-on-7 team that will compete for a national title this summer at IMG.

Hargreaves was happy for McQuay, telling ESPN's Corey Long "I'm happy for Leon because he's my friend and my teammate on Team Tampa, so [the award] stays in the family."
