Tampa Catholic OL Corey Martinez collected his second SEC option when Vanderbilt assisant coach Josh Gattis extended him an oral offer, Martinez's father, Ronnie, said Tuesday.

Martinez, a 6-foot-4, 305-pound rising junior, also has offers from USF, Kentucky, FSU and Miami. He figures to be one of the top area recruits from the Class of 2014 and already has a slew of local and national honors, including an invitation to the U.S. Army National Combine in January and selections to the second-team MaxPreps sophomore All-America team and honorable mention nods on the Army All-Combine Team, AP Florida Class 3A All-State Team and Times' All-Hillsborough County team.
