Tampa Catholic rising senior Hunter Joyer has received his third scholarship offer, and his second from a Big East school.

Joyer received an offer from UConn on Thursday, his father Jack said.

Stanford and Louisville have also offered the 6-foot, 240-pound fullback/linebacker.

UConn has been to three straight bowl games, winning the last two. The Huskies beat South Carolina in this year's Papa John's Bowl.
