Boca Ciega's Demeco Bristol received a scholarship offer from Bethune Cookman College in Daytona Beach and plans to visit the school this weekend, according to Pirates coach Antez Brinson

Also, Elijah McClendon (6-1, 195), who is a verbal commit to Middle Tennessee State, will make his official visit to the school this weekend. That is also the case for Denzel Conyers (6-2, 184), a verbal commit to Florida International who will visit the school over the weekend.

Bristol is a 6-foot-1, 200-pound defensive back and was a playmaker for the Pirates this past season.

This is the last weekend high school players can make official visits before national signing day Feb. 1.
