Three Countryside players -- Tyler Pierson, Ryan Halter and Joey Lombardi -- attended the Football University camp in Orlando last week.
The Football University camp is produced by Sportslink, creators of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, and offers extensive training for some of the top high school players in the nation.
Pierson, an offensive lineman, and Halter, a kicker, were invited to attend the Top Gun training camp in New York City in July. Lombardi, a receiver, also graded out well at his position.
