Tim Jackson hits up Chapel Hill

Last week, he went to the West Coast. This week, he’s in the Tar Heel State.

Yes, life certainly is good right now for Gibbs DE Tim Jackson.

The 6-foot-5, 220-pounder, who has a 3.7 GPA and is rated as a three-star prospect by Rivals.com, gave his recent official visit to Stanford high marks.

“I had a lot of fun,” Jackson said.

When reached via telephone moments ago, Jackson was checking into a hotel in Chapel Hill, N.C.. He’s on an official to UNC as we speak.

As you can imagine, Jackson didn’t have much time to talk.

But, he did say he isn’t quite ready to name a leader.

Jackson’s top eight includes Stanford, Iowa State, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ole Miss, USF, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest.
