The college signing period continues in the North Suncoast with two more ceremonies scheduled in the next week.

Hudson volleyball player Cheye-Anne Savage plans to sign with Indian River State College on Feb. 14, Cobras coach Kortney Newton said Tuesday morning.

Savage, a third-team all-conference selection at middle hitter, averaged 2.3 kills per game for Hudson. She also led the Cobras with 86 blocks to help her team to an 18-9 record.

Fivay softball player Ashlynn Johnson plans to sign with Seminole State College tomorrow, Falcons athletic director Linda McQuade said.

Johnson batted .348 with 13 RBI and a team-leading .439 slugging percentage last season. At pticher, she allowed 31 earned runs in 61 innings and posted a 4-6 record.
